Description

A language specialist is mainly responsible for corresponding with our foreign partners in Chinese language, doing any translations when required, communicating with guests while they are on tour in order to provide a more personalised service and handling the day to day operations in office. There will the requirement of working as a translator for Chinese guests even during round tours.

<li> Attending to any client requests / complaints during the round tour/beach stays</li>
<li> Handing the beginning to end tour operation in office (costing and program designing, hotel reservations, transport allocation, coordination with chauffeurs and guides, etc.</li>
<li> Translations in Chinese Language</li>
<li> Accompanying guests on round tours in Sri Lanka as a Chinese translator when required</li>
